How it works
The coating comes to the steel.
Three steps from brief to coated components — with no transport to a shop and no waiting in a queue.
Brief, deploy, coat — three steps
Brief us
Tell us the components, surface area, location and finish required. We confirm suitability and issue a clear quote.
We deploy
The unit arrives as a standard container. Operational in under two hours.
Coated onsite
Components are prepared, coated and cured on site. QA completed before demobilisation. Steel is ready for installation without the freight loop.
Why on-site
The old model has a hidden bill.
Fixed powder coating works for small, routine jobs — but every job still requires freighting parts to the shop and back, plus waiting in a queue. REIDIFY removes that loop entirely by bringing the spray booth and oven to your site.
Transport cost comparison
| Scenario | Fixed-facility return freight | REIDIFY on-site |
|---|---|---|
| Brisbane metro pallet | $180–$440 | $0 direct customer freight |
| SEQ cross-region pallet | $360–$840 | $0 direct customer freight |
| Interstate standard pallet | $360–$560 | $0 direct customer freight |
| Interstate larger/variable | $120–$400+ (often higher) | $0 direct customer freight |
Figures are indicative Queensland/interstate pallet freight benchmarks (transport only). Real REIDIFY project data will replace these once live jobs are running.
Time comparison
| Stage | Fixed facility | REIDIFY on-site |

| Transport to coater | Same day – multiple days | Eliminated |
| Queue / intake | 3–7 business days typical | Significantly reduced |
| Setup / readiness | Depends on shop capacity | Under 2 hours to deploy |
| Cure cycle | Depends on batching/queue | 10–20 minutes typical |
| Return transport | Same day – multiple days | Eliminated |
