Common questions about on-site coating
How does REIDIFY reduce transport costs?
REIDIFY is priced as a complete on-site production line, not a per-m² commodity service. Standard shop coating runs $35–$150/m². REIDIFY's pricing (mobilisation + weekly hire + $70–$100/m²) reflects the full value of removing freight, delays and downtime. Most customers find this cheaper than the true cost of the old model once hidden costs are counted.
How much time can REIDIFY save?
Fixed facilities commonly take 3–7 business days once parts arrive — excluding outbound and return transport. REIDIFY removes that loop, deploys in under 2 hours, and runs typical cure cycles of 10–20 minutes.
How far will REIDIFY deploy?
Starting in Brisbane, expanding Queensland-wide, with national rollout planned as the business scales.
What size components can be coated?
RP-20: 4.0 m spray booth working length, 6.0 m oven chamber, 2.2 m × 2.3 m booth cross-section. First phase focuses on construction components that fit these dimensions, before expanding into mining, rail and defence.
Is REIDIFY a certified Indigenous business?
REIDIFY is First Nations-owned and structured to meet the 51%+ ownership and control threshold required for Indigenous Procurement Policy eligibility.
When will the first unit be operational?
Build timeline available on request.
Are these cost and time figures guaranteed?
These are indicative industry benchmarks used to illustrate the opportunity. As REIDIFY completes live projects, figures will be replaced with real project data.
